Excellent service from welcoming friendly staff. they were very helpful and efficient in storing our bicycles away overnight, thank you very much. the lake view was magnificent. the spacious room was comfortable with a choice of sleeping on bed or futon. lovely tea choices. great yukata. location was perfect next to Sayama park and the bike/running trail around lake Tama (with cherry blossoms in full bloom). also directly across from familymart.
